Customer Service Representative
Monaco Air Duluth is seeking an energetic and hard-working person with great multi-tasking skills to become part of our customer service team.
Qualifications: - a willingness and desire to provide 5 star customer and concierge services to our customers
- exceptional customer service skills and experience - a friendly, professional, positive and outgoing personality
- a good work-ethic - proficiency in working with computers (Microsoft programs) - strong oral and written communication skills
- a strong willingness to learn about customer service within the aviation industry
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a five-star customer experience working with pilots, passengers, crews and outside vendors. The CSR communicates with customers via phone, fax, email, Unicom (in-flight communication system) and through direct in-person contact. CSR’s also coordinate five-star concierge services for our customers. These services may include arranging accommodations, transportation, catering, etc. A positive, outgoing, friendly, can-do attitude is essential.
Applicants must have flexible availability. Evenings and weekends are a must.
