AIRFRAME AND POWERPLANT TECHNICIAN
Airframe and Powerplant TECHNICIAN – Full Time Position
We are seeking a self-motivated, positive, safe, enthusiastic, goal oriented individual for an immediate opening as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician at Monaco Air Duluth located at the Duluth International Airport (KDLH) in Duluth Minnesota.
Our A&P Technicians provide a wide range of aircraft maintenance services for various aircraft owners, including: aircraft inspections, repairs, documents inspections, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, composite work, and tests runs.
·Perform maintenance on customer aircraft as required
·Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with FAA regulatory and safety requirements and Company policies and procedures
·Ability to review aircraft manufacturer data, either on paper or electronically (computer) and ascertain type of repair
·Ensure all aircraft maintenance requests are served in a timely and efficient manner
·Interact with customers, vendors and Monaco Air employees in a professional and courteous manner
Rate of pay will depend on level of experience and qualifications. As a minimum requirement, each applicant will possess the following:
·Experience working on Cirrus and/or Cessna piston engine aircraft
·A current and valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
·Strong communications skills, both oral and written
·Fluent in English
·High school diploma or GED certificate
·Be at least 21 years of age
·A valid state driver’s license and meet the company's insurability requirements
·3+ years of industry experience
·Pass a background check required for airport operations
·Experience working on turbine powered engine aircraft
·Experience working on Airline AOG aircraft
·Experience working on small to medium size helicopters

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a five-star customer experience working with pilots, passengers, crews and outside vendors. The CSR communicates with customers via phone, fax, email, Unicom (in-flight communication system) and through direct in-person contact. CSR’s also coordinate five-star concierge services for our customers. These services may include arranging accommodations, transportation, catering, etc. A positive, outgoing, friendly, can-do attitude is essential.
Applicants must have flexible availability. Evenings and weekends are a must.
