Typical work duties:

• A willingness and desire to provide 5 star customer and concierge services to our customers
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience

• Proficiency in working with computers (Microsoft programs)
• The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a five-star customer experience working with pilots, passengers, crews and outside vendors. The CSR communicates with customers via phone, fax, email, Unicom (in-flight communication system) and through direct in-person contact. CSR’s also coordinate five-star concierge services for our customers. These services may include arranging accommodations, transportation, catering, etc. A positive, outgoing, friendly, can-do attitude is essential.

Requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass FAA-required 10-year background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing thereafter
• Schedule flexibility
• Great attitude with a demonstrated history of customer service and working well with a diverse group of people
• Ability to works outdoors and in all types of demanding weather conditions

Aviation experience is helpful but not mandatory for consideration.
